Poster Boards

Size of Poster

90 cm wide by 110 cm tall

Posting Method

Double-sided tape will be provided by the Secretariat; no tacks or push pins please

Posting schedule

Set-up: from the late afternoon of the day before the first day of the convention until very early morning of the first day of the convention
Take-down: in the late afternoon of the second day of the convention after the judging of posters is finished

Contents

title
authors (with presentor's name underlined)
affiliations with addresses (referenced to authors)
abstract
introduction (background and significance)
methodology
results
discussion
conclusions
recommendations or future directions
references
acknowledgement
graphs and figures with informative captions

Font size

The text must be readable within half-a-meter distance

Presentor's presence

The presentor should stand beside the poster during poster viewing sessions to answer the questions of viewers and judges

Location codes of posters

This will be made available on the web as the convention comes closer. The list will also be posted in the convention site during ingress.

 

 

Oral Presentations (Contributed Papers)
 

Length of talk

It is a maximum of 15 minutes. With proper warning, the talk will be cut short when the time allotted has elapsed.

Audio visual method

Indicate during registration whether you will use an LCD or OHP; for LCD, leave a copy of your file at the registration desk
