Plenary Sessions:
- Each of you will have time for a 30-minute talk
followed by a 5-minute open forum, for a total of 35 minutes.
- To help you keep track of time, an assistant will
signal how much time you have left for your presentation.
- Please give a copy of your presentation on CD to us
when you register for the convention, to give us enough time to load and check
your presentations.
- Please arrive at the venue 5 minutes before the
concurrent session begins, and introduce yourself to the moderator.
Concurrent Sessions:
- Each of you will have time for a 10- to 12-minute talk
followed by a 3-minute open forum, for a total of 15 minutes.
- To help you keep track of time, an assistant will
signal how much time you have left for your presentation.
- Please give a copy of your presentation on CD to us
when you register for the convention, to give us enough time to load and check
your presentations.
- Please arrive at the venue 5 minutes before the
concurrent session begins, and introduce yourself to the moderator.
Young Scientists Forum Session:
- There are six contenders. The order of presentation
will be determined through drawing of lots.
- Each presentor will be given a maximum of 15 minutes to
present. Two bell rings will be made to alert the presentor - the first after
10 minutes and the last after 13 minutes.
- Five minutes is alloted for Q&A after each
presentation. Priority will be given to the judges.
- In case there are still questions after 5 minutes, two
additional questions may be accommodated.
Additional reminders:
- Please give a copy of your presentation (in CD) when
you register on site.
- Please be in the room at least 10 minutes before the
start of the YSF Session.
- Please introduce yourself to the moderator.
Poster Guidelines:
- Size of posters: Maximum of 90 cm
wide by 120 cm tall
- Posting materials, e.g. tacks or
tape: to be provided by the Secretariat.
- Posting schedule:
- Set-up (ingress): Thursday,
November 29, 7 am to 8:00 am (the first day of the convention)
- Take-down (egress): Friday,
November 30, 5:30 pm onwards (the second day of the convention)

The list will also be posted at the convention site during ingress.
