Call for Nominations: 2018 Education Awardee

PSBMB announces call for nomination for the 2018 PSBMB Education Awardee. The award will be given to the chosen nominee on the 45th Annual Convention in Grand Xing Imperial, Iloilo City on November 27-30, 2018. Read below for the guidelines.

Nomination Guidelines

1. Complete the Nomination Form
2. Nominator must email the following documents to the Awards and Grants Committee Chair
   in one single .pdf file
   1. Complete and Originally signed Nomination Form (PSBMB Form No. 7)
   2. Confidential Reference / Curriculum Vitae of the Nominee
3. File name must be 2018_PSBMB_Education Award_Nominee Surname.pdf
4. Email the document to Chair of the Awards and Grants Committee of PSBMB, Dr. Roberta N. Garcia (rngarcia1@up.edu.ph) no later than 20 October 2018.
5. The PSBMB Education Award Winner will be notified and listed on the PSBMB website before
   25 October 2018.

​The PSBMB reserves the right not to declare a winner of the Education Award if a suitable candidate is not found in any one year.
